No account is required to place an order. You can choose to create an account at checkout in order to easily track your orders.
To place an order on our website we require that you are at least 19 years old.

We offer several methods for such as: Interac E-Transfer, Crypto and credit card (for approved customers). You will receive payment details after placing your order.

Payments are accepted within 1-4 hours. Sometimes e-transfers can take some time to go through. If you feel there is a problem with your order or payment please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yes we accept credit card for verified customers with purchase history.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. You will be provided with shipping options and prices at checkout.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $120, below that amount the cost is automatically calculated by Canada Post or UPS. You will be provided with options and pricing details based on the weight and destination of your order.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We offer both Canada Post and UPS to ensure your packages arrive as quickly as you need them!
After your package is shipped you will receive and e-mail with tracking information. If you create an account on our website you can log in to track current and past orders.
We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed. Unless otherwise stated your order will ship within 1 business day.
When an order is placed it is put on hold until we receive the payment for that order. Once the payment is received your order will automatically marked as processing. Once in processing our warehouse team will pack and ship your order right away.

You can redeem your cash by adding the items you want to your cart, continuing to the checkout page and then you will see a redeem button on the checkout page. Select the button and it will deduct the cash back from your total, after this you may proceed with your order.
