DEFINITIONS
“Client” – Individual-approved for membership who is contracting medical marijuana assistance services “ChronicStore” – Shall be referred to as “ChronicStore” – Provider of medical marijuana for health-related issues – ChronicStore is, a private members club that assists its members with obtaining medical-grade marijuana, marijuana edibles, and derivatives. “Responsible Person in Charge” –ChronicStore as a legal entity shall be named the Responsible Person in Charge. The Responsible Person in Charge is assigned to assist the Client with all of their medical marijuana needs. The Client asserts that they are 18 years of age or more. The Client asserts that they have a medical prescription for marijuana from a licensed practitioner. The client asserts that they are a resident of Canada The client agrees to all of the terms and conditions set out below
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
With this contract, the Client formally agrees to retain the services of ChronicStore and fully authorizes ChronicStore as the Responsible Person in Charge to act on the Client’s behalf regarding all of the Client’s medical marijuana needs. The Client authorizes ChronicStore as the Responsible Person in Charge to perform all matters regarding The Clients medical marijuana needs; including but not limited to their application for licensing; arrangements with medical professionals; registration with providers; ordering; shipping; storage; delivery and administering of medical marijuana; as required or anticipated. The Client agrees to abide by all of the terms and conditions detailed in this contract and acknowledges that failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions here can result in immediate cancellation of their membership. ChronicStore provides medical marijuana to qualified members ONLY. At no time shall a Client sell or give their personal medical marijuana to any other person that is not a holder of a valid medical marijuana license. ChronicStore is a private members-only club and as such only licensed members are allowed access to their services and or premises. All members must be 18 years of age or older (without consent) and be a Canadian residents. Our Services display content that is not the property of chronicstore.io. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review all content.
CLIENT CLAIMS
The Client asserts that all information provided to ChronicStore is factual and all documents are legitimate. The Client further agrees that he shall be personally responsible for all matters and dealings with ChronicStore and shall hold ChronicStore blameless for any legal-related issue; health-related issue or any other issues that may arise out of their dealings. The Client acknowledges that they have been made aware of the legal state of medical marijuana in Canada and what alternatives there are available and asserts that it is their personal decision to seek out membership with ChronicStore. The Client asserts that due to medical, constitutional, political, moral, legal, financial or other concerns that they are making a conscious and informed decision to seek membership with ChronicStore. The Client has reviewed this agreement and shall be legally responsible for all matters and decisions made and personally holds ChronicStore and the Responsible Person in Charge blameless and not liable for any and all issues that arise out of their business dealings and services provided.
PRIVACY
ChronicStore shall keep all client information secure and private. ChronicStore will not sell or share your confidential information with any third party. ChronicStore considers our client’s information and privacy to be our top priority. We are extremely diligent.
LIABILITY FOR OUR SERVICES
Liability for our Services WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, chronicstore.io, AND chronicstore.io SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF chronicstore.io, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN). IN ALL CASES, chronicstore.io, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. IN ALL CASES, chronicstore.io COLLECTS CLIENT AND PATIENT DATA, HOWEVER, IT IS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL USERS TO FULL VERIFY THAT THE DATA IS COLLECTED IS AUTHENTIC. chronicstore.io ACCEPTS ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA VERIFICATION ON PATIENTS. chronicstore.io IS SIMPLY PROVIDING A SERVICE PLATFORM FOR BOTH PARTIES USERS AND PATIENTS TO CONNECT ON.
PAYMENTS
When placing an order with Chronic Store, Payments should be received within 12 hours one of our accepted payment methods. Orders that are unpaid after 12 hours will be automatically canceled. Any canceled order cannot be placed back in processing status.
If a payment comes in after an order is canceled, the order will remain canceled and a store credit will be given. A refund will not be provided for late order payments.
Failing to pay for an order more than 1 (one) time can result in a permanent ban from Chronic Store websites and services. Bans will be determined on a case by case basis by the Chronic Store management team.
REFUNDS
Chronic Store Prides itself in producing the highest quality products and providing the best service possible. In the rare event that we make a mistake, we want to make sure that the situation is taken care of and you are happy.
Refunds are always handled on a case by case basis and are the discretion of Chronic Store for 30 days. In the event that there is a problem with your order or a Chronic Store product or service, we may offer a store credit in place of a refund. Chronic Store reserves the right to charge are a processing fee in the event a refund of funds to the payment method is necessary.
In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.
If you for some reason receive a product that is defective, please let us know within 7 days, so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. Chronic Store reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis. For Chronic Store to process any refund products must be sealed and unopened. Chronic Store reserves the right to refuse the return of open product.
Credits that are given will expire after ninety(90) days. Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one(1) time, if the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and Chronic Store we will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance.
All of our packages are shipped through a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged, we will do our best to make the situation right. This includes investigating with the shipping courier, and replacing, crediting, or refunding, the order. Any order that displays a delivered tracking status we will be unable to provide a refund for this order.
In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with an order we may offer the option to return your order. In cases where a product is deffective or your order was incorrect, we will cover shipping costs to return the package. If a customer is unsatisfied for reasons other then deffective product, We may choose to offer the customer a refund, in this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds are subject to the approval of our management team. Bulk orders over 112 grams (of any single strain) are handled on a case by case basis and are not eligible for returns if the item is not defective. On any purchase under 112 grams, you may be eligible to return your product, if, 95% of the product remains unused and untouched. In the event that multiple of the same item is purchased, we will only be able to issue a refund for unopened items. If an item is opened and is not satisfactory, please do not open the remaining items, please contact customer service right away. Defective products will be determined by our management team on a case by case basis, it should be noted that finding seeds in your cannabis products is normal and any reports will not be considered defective products unless determined by our management team.
